Tact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Hospice to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Elizabeth, West Virginia.

**Requirements:**
Must have hospice experience of 1 year or greater.

**Facility Information:**
Facility location: 2673 Davisson Run Road Clarksburg, WV 26301.

**Coverage Area:**
Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, Wetzel counties.

**Patient Load:**
5-6 visits in 8 hours.

**Certifications:**
BLS, WV license.

**EMR:**
EPIC.

**Weekend and Holiday Requirements:**
None.

**Scrub Color/Uniform:**
Royal Blue.

**Outpatient and Inpatient:**
Hospice.

**Pharmacy 24/7:**
n/a.

**Shifts:**
Saturday/Sunday/Monday 8am-8:30pm.

**What areas are they required to cover?:**
Above counties.

**Specific Orientation:**
Epic and with another PT.

**Common Diagnosis/Types of Patients:**
Terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities. Cancer, heart disease, lung disease, dementia all end stage diseases.
