About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Soteriare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client relationship strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Strong social skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, with the ability to obtain a Series 65 license within 90 days
