Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, education, child development) or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children in a fitness or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.
- Background in fitness or a related field (e.g. athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts).
- Effective leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
