Position Summary

The Custom Assembler - Complex Part Specialist plays a critical role in assembling complex parts that cannot be assembled in the field. This high-performing team member will work with flexibility and adaptability to meet the requirements of the business and utilize available equipment resources.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify parts against assembly instructions and prints.
  • Inspect every part for physical defects.
  • Identify defective parts for rework.
  • Package parts for shipping without damage.
  • Verify correct quantities of all work orders.
  • Label and key parts correctly.
  • Participate in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Able to learn specific program functions.
  • Ability to read prints.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge.
