As a registered nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering direct care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing individualized care plans
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
  • Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop positive working relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative care team

Requirements:

  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care
