Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Triad Engineering, Inc.

About the Role

This position involves performing engineering assignments, assisting senior personnel, and working on project management experience. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience, completed and passed the FE exam, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engineering calculations and design using prescribed methods
  • Assist senior staff with project management and site visits
  • Prepare reports and correspondence related to assigned projects
  • Provide sketches and detailed layout information to CADD staff
  • Participate in business development and customer service

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Advanced reading, writing, and math skills
  • Comfortable communicating with the public
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Work Environment

The work is performed both in the office and in the field, which may include all weather conditions, construction sites, and difficult terrain. The employee will regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally move 80 pounds or more.
