Collaborate with management and fellow Clinical Solutions specialists to design, customize, and implement planning for the Rolling Forecast, Annual Operating Plan, and Monthly performance reviews. Prepare relevant analyses and simulation models for target setting and presentations for management. Analyze data and interpret results utilizing statistical methodologies while providing ongoing reporting. Deliver analytical support to Finance management and business stakeholders to facilitate result analysis and informed decision-making. Integrate business data to emphasize performance metrics, risks, and opportunities. Design and execute project initiatives that support critical business objectives. Partner with mid-level management to model and assess business challenges, aiding in sound decision-making.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is required; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics and financial modeling. Proficient in Excel at an expert level. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation abilities. Capability to comprehend and articulate developments in business outcomes and translate them into financial implications. Must be able to meet the essential physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $79,419 to $136,147 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation such as annual bonuses, sales commissions, or long-term incentives may also be available. Employees can participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, a 401k plan with up to 7% matching, HSA contributions, stock purchase options, education reimbursement, and more.

Additional Information:

US work authorization is a prerequisite for employment. The company considers candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, both now and in the future.
