Shoprite Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at ShopRite. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
• Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
