The layout and assembly will generally involve intricate and specialized projects such as railings, staircases, and custom fixtures. These items are often unique and can include decorative or spiral designs. The specialist is accountable for the complete execution of projects: from blueprint interpretation to layout, welding, and surface finishing. The welding processes primarily involve TIG for aluminum and MIG for steel, though variations may occur. This position emphasizes craftsmanship over standard assembly tasks. The working hours are during the day, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime.
Essential Skills- Blueprint Interpretation and Fabrication - Various Metals

This role is classified as a Contract-to-Hire position, with an expected duration of 6 months.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires full-time presence at the designated work site. The fabrication area is not climate-controlled and is equipped with various fabrication machinery, welding stations, and overhead lifting equipment. Proper work attire, including durable pants, plain shirts, and appropriate outerwear, is mandatory. Safety gear such as welding helmets, protective footwear, safety glasses, and hearing protection is also required.
