Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Talent Corps. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project objectives.
    • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all project work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety protocols.
