Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of project management, including pre-construction duties, job transition and start-up processes, cost and schedule management, cash flow oversight, supervision of direct reports, client relationship maintenance, technical record generation, support of construction activities, safety and risk management, and participation in training and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management direction for projects, collaborating closely with the Superintendent and other team members.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Supervise direct reports and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software, including project management tools and construction software.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  • Leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
