Branch Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to lead our team at AltaOne Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts and strategic direction of the branch.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise branch staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional member service and the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance member satisfaction.
- Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and procedures.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar or related role, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- A high school degree or GED is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
