At Eat'n Park Restaurants, we are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated Dishware Attendant to join our team.
CompensationWe offer a competitive starting rate of $12 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on experience and performance.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of $100 when working an average of 35 hours per week over the course of the quarter.
About the RoleThe Dishware Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dishroom environment, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed at all times. This includes:
- Checking detergent levels, rinse agent levels, and water temperatures at the beginning and throughout the shift
- FOLLOWING PROPER PROCEDURES ON RUNNING ITEMS THROUGH THE DISH MACHINE
- Correctly stacking and storing dishes, glasses, and flatware to avoid contamination from improper handling
- Maintaining a dry floor and cleanliness of the dishroom area
- Keeping guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked
- Performing general maintenance duties, including cleaning up litter, clearing walkways, removing snow, and other tasks as directed by a supervisor
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk 100% of the time.
