Job Title: Sales Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Service Representative to join our team at CellMark AB. As a key member of our export trading team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales support duties related to export trading.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage order files and communications with staff, customers, agents, and suppliers to facilitate the production and delivery of paper and pulp orders to import and export markets.
  • Coordinate documentation and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
  • Process orders and handle inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages from order receipt to final billing process.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Customer service/logistics experience in the commodity and/or transportation industries
  • Computer-oriented with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a multi-cultural environment
