  • Lead the initiative for Maintenance Excellence within the facility.
  • Collaborate with the plant's leadership team to effectively implement Maintenance Excellence strategies.
  • Strive for Zero Breakdown losses by fostering a proactive and engaged workforce.
  • Develop and execute a maintenance strategy focused on early detection of equipment deterioration.
  • Provide guidance to ensure that equipment performance standards are not only met but consistently exceeded.
  • Ensure that maintenance staff are equipped with the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Hold maintenance teams accountable for compliance with established protocols and management expectations.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations pertaining to in-house equipment.
  • Proven ability to lead the Maintenance Excellence initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability, along with familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
