Job Title: Bilingual BCBA

At Connect n Care ABA, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual BCBA to join our team. As a Bilingual BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional services to our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bilingual BCBA who is passionate about working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. As a Bilingual BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional and skill-based assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will also work closely with parents and caregivers to provide training and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments, including Vineland, VBMAPP, and AFLS
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client deficits
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide training and support
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
  • At least 1 year of experience in home-based ABA services
  • Experience supervising RBTs and BCBA candidates
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
