The successful candidate will have a strong command of QuickBooks and be familiar with tools such as Maxio and payroll systems akin to Zenefits or Trinet.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and direct the month-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded with precision and in a timely manner.
2. Conduct extensive reconciliations, including those of historical data.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
4. Leverage QuickBooks for effective management and tracking of financial information.
5. Assist in internal and external audit processes by supplying necessary documentation.
6. Collaborate with various departments to align with overall business goals.
7. Mentor and provide support to junior accounting personnel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
