Bakery Product Delivery Expert

Are you passionate about delivering fresh baked goods and building strong relationships with customers? Do you have prior experience as a delivery driver and enjoy working independently and as a team? If so, we want to hear from you As a Route Sales Representative at Flowers Bakeries Sales of SoCal, LLC, you'll be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers.

You'll come to work with a neat, professional appearance (sometimes in a uniform) and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times, with days off typically on Wednesday and Sunday.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include checking your delivery vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues, and filling out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service. You'll also be expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and maximizing product shelf life by properly rotating the products.

An effective Route Sales Representative will use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution. They will work together with customers to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction. Adaptability and flexibility are essential as RSRs will need to service their accounts during the customer's designated service windows and may need to work non-traditional business hours to complete deliveries.
