Job Description

As a key member of our team at Ronald Mark Associates Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a safe and organized production equipment area
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Perform operator preventative maintenance on production equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years of mechanical experience, with electrical skills a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience maintaining industrial equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills
