Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000, with bonuses based on performance and eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts.

Job Description

This role serves as an expert within PepsiCo's Data Management and Operations team, responsible for maintaining predictable, transparent, global operating rhythms ensuring always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company.

The Materials Procurement Specialist - Market Champion plays a key role in building and growing the DMO team in their respective market, collaborating closely with the GBS DMO team to support end-to-end MDM processes.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the MATERIALS process to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and optimize the MATERIALS/Supplier process cycle.

The role ensures the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the MATERIALS/Supplier process, including material information and details, and drives master data quality agenda through GBS execution and business engagement.

The successful candidate will analyze KPIs, main metrics, SLAs, OLAs across regions, provide guidance as needed to business and GBS, and be the main point of contact for GBS and business functions for all questions related to master data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification is required, with experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in tools like Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (MS VSTS), MS 365 Dynamics, MS Power Platform, SAP, and SAP WF, with good communication skills and the ability to speak and write in English and fluency in Arabic language.
