We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Preferred Therapy Solutions. As a Speech Therapist, you will work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting, providing comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide speech therapy services to patients with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders
* Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop goals
* Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
* Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members as needed
Requirements:
* Current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
* Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
* Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
* Ability to work well with others in a team setting
* Must have CCC's
