Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Ultrasonography Echo Tech to join our team at Medical City Weatherford. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of echo/vascular testing procedures, including 2-D echocardiograms, Doppler echos, carotid and venous duplex imaging exams, and other vascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic exams to evaluate heart and vessel abnormalities
  • Operate sophisticated instruments and equipment
  • Provide optimum patient care and handling
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and services
  • Maintain all PMs of all CV/Echo equipment and records/documentation
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in imaging science or completion of an approved ultrasound training program
  • Preferred RDCS certification
  • RCS certification
  • RVT or RVS certification
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
