We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at American Social. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Greet guests promptly and courteously, and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Food Service: Assist with food orders, prepare and serve food items, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

• Experience: 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Qualifications: Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages, and hold a valid Food Handling Certificate.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and tolerate exposure to cold temperatures.
