Position Overview

Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers is seeking a seasoned civil project engineer to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to master planning and initial design concepts.
  • Support fee assessments and proposal development.

  • Be prepared to work overtime as needed.
Working Conditions and Skills

This role is predominantly technical and involves both office and fieldwork. Required abilities include:

Qualifications

Required
  • Minimum of 7 years in site development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong written, technical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Proven skills in marketing and business development.
  • Possession of a PE license in Arkansas or the ability to obtain one promptly.
Desired
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D for civil construction documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of municipal and commercial site development projects.
