IntelyCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs. As a nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts at our trusted facility partners and enjoy the benefits of W2 employment, including employer-paid taxes, workers' comp, and malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Flexible scheduling
