Patient-Centered Care Leader
This RN leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor, you will oversee clinical staff performance, mentor and coach staff, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical staff performance to meet regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical best practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with minimum 3 years recent RN experience
- Graduation from an accredited school
- BSN required
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License for locations in Washington
- Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course and Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion
- Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center
