Job Overview

  • Manage case files from start to finish, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.

Requirements
  • Must be proficient in computer applications.
  • Possess excellent research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree, along with state Bar Association membership and licensure to practice law.
  • Have 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, wrongful death, civil, and family law, as well as medical terminology and medical malpractice.
