Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AAA Club Alliance. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting AAA products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products and services to members, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Plan and book domestic travel vacations for members, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
- Answer incoming calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes and provide timely and effective support to members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months of sales and customer service experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to multitask in multiple websites and programs.
- Ability to read maps and possess geography knowledge.
