**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our production team at TruCut Incorporated. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for performing die changeovers and maintaining tooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform die changeovers and maintain tooling equipment
  • Drive a forklift to transport equipment and materials
  • Supervise and assist team members as needed
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Die Setter or in a related role
  • Experience with die changeovers and tooling equipment
  • Ability to drive a forklift and operate heavy machinery
  • Supervisory experience and quality control skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
