Civil Litigation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, including family law, personal injury, employment, probate/trust litigation, real estate, estate planning, and business litigation. The Civil Litigation Specialist will be responsible for supporting paralegals and legal secretaries in a fast-paced office setting, assisting with family law and estate planning filings, handling arbitration and federal work, performing critical calendaring duties, and finalizing legal documents. The successful candidate will also prepare and file pleadings and motions, manage cases, and handle discovery processes.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, involving family law, personal injury, employment, probate/trust litigation, real estate, estate planning, and/or business litigation.
• Must have experience in employment law.
• E-filings (state and federal court) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Merrith, SharePoint, and Cleo billing management systems.
• A Paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.

$72,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on experience.
