Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Branch Director. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for supervising the clinical operations of your team of field staff and reporting directly to the Agency Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of field staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Agency Administrator to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
  • Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
  • Previous home health and management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is required.
