Position Summary

A Premium Event Security Associate exemplifies the essence of New England hospitality, aiming to represent The Kraft Group with excellence in service. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the event experience by anticipating guest needs and seizing service opportunities. The primary goal is to foster positive interactions and proactively address any guest concerns before the conclusion of the event.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet Premium Seating guests with outstanding customer service and a welcoming demeanor throughout the event.
  2. Verify ticket validity for entry into the venue and assist guests with mobile ticketing inquiries or escalate more complex issues as necessary.
  3. Maintain the integrity of Club/Suite access by checking tickets or wristbands for authorized entry into premium seating areas.
  4. Collaborate with stadium Security personnel to resolve seating disputes or violations of the Fan Code of Conduct.
  5. Facilitate ADA accommodations by guiding guests to the nearest accessible areas.
  6. Be readily available and visible to guests, providing assistance with directions, policy inquiries, and service opportunities, prioritizing guest relationships and their overall experience.
  7. Ensure safety by monitoring crowd behavior and reporting any suspicious activities to the area supervisor.
  8. Participate in special projects and assignments as required by business needs.
Supervisory Role
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer-focused individual who values each guest interaction.

  • Consistently maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of individuals in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities on event days.
  • Willingness to work during full stadium events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Adherence to established protocols and processes in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Some roles may involve frequent stair climbing.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Work Environment
  • The work environment is typically loud or very loud during events.
  • This position may require working in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Certifications
  • Positions requiring operation of stadium elevators must possess a state certification.
