Retail Associate

Position Summary

We are actively looking for individuals to fill various entry-level roles within our organization. As a Store Operations Team Member, you will be essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. We have openings for both full-time and part-time roles across several departments including Front End, Grocery, Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli, Health/Beauty/Wellness, Catering, Floral, and Fuel Station.

Position Details

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Education Required: No High School diploma necessary
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: Minimum age of 16 years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Interact with customers courteously throughout various sections of the store.
• Develop product knowledge to offer recommendations and address customer questions.
• Utilize tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist in other designated tasks as needed.
