Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement educational programs and workshops to promote mental health awareness and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health services.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist or Psychiatrist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health services, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapies, such as CBT and DBT.
- Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare software systems.
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
