Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at HCW Management Consultants LLC. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restock and maintain the bar inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available to our bartenders.
  • Document and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Assist bartenders with serving customers and guests, including taking orders and delivering drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including the bar area and surrounding spaces.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Three to six months of related experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
