Busser AM Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our service team at Texas Spice, our signature farm-to-table restaurant concept. As a Busser AM, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of organization in our fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Efficiently coordinate service by organizing supplies in service stations and setting tables with clean linens, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by ensuring furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications
  • Assist servers during meal periods by removing extra settings, pouring water, and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain active, including standing for 8+ hours per day
  • Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
