CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Regional Hazmat Driver to join our team in Coldwater.
This individual will be hauling crop protection products for our CP group, both locally and across the country. The role will consist of a mix of local and OTR routes throughout the year, with varying route lengths depending on season and business needs. Our goal is to ensure drivers return home each weekend.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers in a safe, professional manner. They will also need to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service. Additional responsibilities include assisting warehouse staff when not delivering product and working extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
The ideal candidate will possess a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement, high school diploma or equivalent, and meet minimum age requirements. Tanker and Air Brake endorsements are preferred. The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is essential. Bulk liquid experience is also desirable.
