Job Summary
The Executive Director shall lead through vision and values while overseeing all day-to-day operations of the community. This includes leading team member relations, resident and family services and communication, resident well-being, vibrant resident activities, quality assurance, financial management, regulatory compliance, and all other aspects of community operations.

Responsibilities
• Run the operations of the business as if it were your own.
• Recruit, train, and hire department managers to supervise the daily operations of major departments.
• Consult with department heads as needed, including hiring, disciplining, and terminating department team members, scheduling, and staffing department teams, assessing quality of performance, and leading inter-departmental relationships.

Requirements
• Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
• Experience in senior living environments or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Director or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated competence in financial expense and budget management, human resources, building maintenance, sales culture facilitation, clinical requirements, culinary excellence, and resident and family dialogue, activities, and overall relationship management.
• Ability to act as a Serving Leader, always, sharing power, putting the needs of others first, and helping team members develop and perform as highly as possible.
