Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and prepare radioactive materials for diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and PET scanners
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and radiation protection
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance
Requirements
  • Registered by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologist Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
