Job Title:

Purchasing Manager

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 base salary plus bonus

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join Superior Fence & Rail of Arkansas in Little Rock. We are seeking a procurement professional with a passion for driving business growth through effective purchasing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Ordering and managing inventory levels
  • Maintaining office condition and arranging repairs as needed
  • Developing, leading, and executing purchasing strategies to drive business growth
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics for expense reduction
  • Crafting negotiation strategies and closing optimal deals with vendors
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Significant financial/procurement experience
  • Expertise in Quickbooks (preferred)
  • Previous payroll experience (preferred)
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Bilingual (optional)
Work Schedule:

In-office Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
