Job Description

Savers | Value Village is seeking a skilled Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This multi-faceted position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). You will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and implementing effective displays.
  • Supporting inventory management, receiving shipments, and organizing stockroom areas.
  • Participating in training programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for retail and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
