Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the upkeep, management, and security of various structures, landscapes, and facilities to guarantee optimal operational efficiency.
Part-time opportunity available with a total of 50 hours every two weeks.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating, planning, and evaluating the work of external contractors involved in the maintenance, repair, and protection of properties and community spaces.
- Potentially available for emergency situations.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction.
- Preferred certification or license for operating specific equipment in a technical domain.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Valid and current Driver's License.
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.
