Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team at iAnthus Capital Management. As a key member of our patient-centric team, you will be responsible for assisting in all daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring compliance with state and local laws and regulations, and providing exceptional patient services.

• Engage and educate patients in a positive and compassionate manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
• Perform general office work, such as filing records and operating copy machines
• Provide Dispensary General and Assistant Managers with patient feedback on a timely basis
• Maintain proper recordkeeping, including patient intake forms, cash handling records, and waste disposal logs
• Participate in 1-minute meetings at the start of every shift to ensure uniformity in message and goals
• Consistently deliver excellent and compassionate patient services
• Participate in monthly product inventory review

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment is preferred
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient in POS systems
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
