Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead our software development teams and drive innovation in our technology stack. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our software engineering capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple teams of software engineers to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement software engineering strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage and mentor software engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software engineering capabilities remain competitive
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leadership and technical management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire software engineers
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
