About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at FCS, Inc. in a school-based therapy setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide mental health services to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions to support student success
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Montana or ability to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
