About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Developer - Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, designing software solutions, and implementing state-of-the-art processes and technology to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, construct, and modify general computer applications software and specialized utility programs.
  • Evaluate user needs and devise software solutions accordingly.
  • Design software tailored for client utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Potentially oversee the development of databases within a specific application area.
  • Supervise computer programmers.
  • Analyze data to extract valuable insights, propose conclusions, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Create planning, requirements, design, and support documentation for software.
  • Undertake software validation, verification, and resolution of software engineering anomalies.
  • Adhere to DOD guidelines and industry standards while performing tasks.
  • Execute installation, testing, validation, and assessment of software tools, methods, and measurement technologies.
  • Evaluate the quality of software systems and solutions.
  • Analyze software packages relative to mission requirements.
  • Develop, update, and evaluate software engineering standards, specifications, handbooks, or manuals for cyber capability development and testing.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in application software development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP certification.
  • Active TS/SCI + Poly clearance.
  • Proficiency in front-end web technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
