Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. This full-time, onsite position will provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervising SLP in conducting speech and language screenings to support student progress.
  • Implement treatment plans or protocols developed by the SLP to provide high-quality therapy services.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records to ensure effective communication with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies that promote student success.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Mitment to providing high-quality therapy and support services.
