We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Title Examiner to join our team in Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining property titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based out of our offices in Durango, Montrose or Grand Junction. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate title examinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize workload daily to meet deadlines and customer requests.
  • Examine chain of title to identify potential issues and develop requirements for corrective action.
  • Proofread completed commitments and policies for content and accuracy.
  • Deliver commitments and policies to relevant parties by the required method and timeline.
Requirements:
  • Active Colorado Title License.
  • Three to five years of combination title examination and title work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and high levels of organization.
Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 annually, with potential for an annual employee profit-sharing bonus based on company performance. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, Teledoc services, life insurance, and more.
