Vaco is seeking a skilled Reverse Engineer to join our team. As a Reverse Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, unpacking, and reverse engineering code of malicious applications or SDKs.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on Experience: You will have hands-on experience with static and dynamic analysis techniques, reverse engineering tools such as Jadx, Ghidra, Frida, IDA Pro, Burp, and query languages such as SQL.
- Technical Skills: You will have expertise in Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Flutter, and other mobile software languages, as well as ELF (Native Binaries) reverse engineering.
- Understanding of Android Fundamentals: You will have a solid understanding of Android fundamentals, including Android activity lifecycles, common Android API usage, AOSP, and how an Android application is created.
- Research and Development: You will be responsible for developing signatures (Yara, etc.) and researching threats such as APT using Open-Source Intelligence (Virus Total, Web, ExploitDB, MITRE, etc.).
- Education: You will have an Associates/Bachelor's Degree/master's in computer science, computer engineering, CS, or information systems, or related discipline.
- Experience: You will have 3-5 years of hands-on Android and reverse engineering experience.
