HR Generalist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist to join our team at Innovative Ag Services. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to various departments, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire top talent for various positions within the company
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Coordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Administer HRIS systems, including ADP and HireRight
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
